1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing services provided by MINEFORGE NODE ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Usage & Acceptable Use Policy
Our hosting infrastructure is strictly provided for legitimate Minecraft game servers, virtual private servers, and web applications. You agree not to use our network for:
- Initiating or participating in DDoS attacks, port scanning, or malicious network activity.
- Hosting malware, phishing scripts, illegal content, or torrent trackers.
- Attempting to bypass server node resource limits or CPU caps.
3. Refund Policy
We take pride in our server performance. Refunds are eligible within 24 hours of your initial purchase upon opening a support ticket. After 24 hours have passed, payments are strictly non-refundable.
4. Account Termination
MINEFORGE NODE reserves the right to suspend or terminate server instances without notice if a customer violates our Acceptable Use Policy or engages in abusive network behavior.

All official technical support, billing inquiries, and server setup are conducted via our Discord ticket system or support email: mineforge18@gmail.com.
